Night cap, anyone?  I am obsessed with hot chocolate during the chilly winter months and this recipe is a go-to.  Pro-tip: If you're drinking right before bed, replace protein with a 1/2 scoop to full scoop of Sleep Collagen for sleep and skin benefits.  Servings: 1 Macros per serving: ( 30 C / 30 P ) Ingredients: 12 oz hot water 1.5 scoops iHeart Protein in Chocolate Milkshake 20 mini marshmallows Directions: Scoop protein powder into an empty mug.
