My Favorite Creamy Berry Bowl Dessert

My Favorite Creamy Berry Bowl Dessert

There are so many reasons why I love this concoction. First of all, it’s so filling. These volume foods do a great job of hitting the spot when I'm craving something sweet. Second, I love the many textures in this dessert. It’s cold, creamy, and crunchy. The Jello and berries make it slightly tart, and the puff cereal adds some crunch. And, of course, I love this treat because it's high in protein--the perfect way to round out my macros and satisfy my sweet tooth simultaneously.

This is one of my favorite combos, but feel free to make it your own. You can swap out different fruits and Jello flavors (cherry and lime are both delicious). Or try graham cracker crumbles in place of the puff cereal!
