3/4 cup IHM vanilla protein powder
6 tbsp rolled oats
¼ cup powdered peanut butter
½ cup creamy peanut butter
¼ cup maple syrup
¼ cup almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp baking powder
Dash of salt
⅓ cup M&Ms
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients except M&Ms. Mix until a dough is formed. The batter should resemble cookie dough, but may be a little sticky. Fold in M&Ms until evenly combined. Roll into 8 even balls for larger cookies or 12 even balls for smaller cookies. Place on a baking sheet. Press the cookies down gently and be sure to leave some room for them to spread. Bake for about 8-10 minutes for the large cookies or 6-8 minutes for the smaller cookies depending on how gooey you want the center. Let cool for about 5 minutes and enjoy.
