An upgraded version of our signature fat loss program (The 30 Day Cut), 6 Weeks to Summer Program is designed to push your body into a metabolic burn zone for 6 Weeks days.  Comprised of customized macro nutrients, set by our coaches for your body specifically, access to workouts that can be completed in your home or local gym, and a host of tools (meal plan examples, grocery lists, and more) to prepare you for a successful cut.

How is the 6 Weeks to Summer Program different from the 30 Day Cut?

  1. Two additional weeks of workouts as well as access to recaps of live coaching sessions from the 6WTS challenge.
  2. Once-per-year offering.  Because this program is time sensitive in preparation for warm summer months, we will only be offering the 6-week cut program for a short amount of time.

    Customized Macros

    Our team of coaches customizes every program according to your body. Once you've entered, you will submit a form that our team will use to create a set of macros designed for you to burn fat. We utilize carb-cycling as a tool, so you will have a set of low-carb macros and a set of high-carb macros so that your body is properly fueled and energized for more intense workouts.

    Easy To Follow Workouts

    Within the IHM app, you will receive access to "Cut" workouts in the same format as our WHIP workouts but different and unique to the program. These workouts will be quick and effective, combining strength training with plyometric bursts and prescribed cardio to kick your metabolism even more.

    An upgraded version of our 30-Day Love Your Body Challenge, the 6 Weeks to Summer Program will kick you into high gear to have you feeling your best before bathing suit season.
