Ok, are you a traditional pepperoni lover, or do you get creative with your pizza? It’s been fantastic to see so many build-your-own pizza places popping up with delicious flavor combinations! I’ve seen a lemon chicken pizza with sliced lemon on it and an arugula and pear option. Ugh, I’m drooling just typing this.
Here’s another yummy option! This Chicken Caesar Pizza is protein-packed, and vitamin packed. If you prefer gluten-free, try a cauliflower crust!
MACROS: 38 grams protein // 41 grams carbs // 15 grams fat = 465 cals
Ingredients:
-
1 Boboli Pizza crust (1/2)
-
2.5oz cooked chicken
-
Two handfuls of romaine lettuce
-
2tbsp Bolthouse Farms Caesar Dressing
-
Two pinches of real grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
- Prepare the cooked chicken if you haven't already. I love shredded or grilled for this recipe.
- On parchment paper or greased pizza sheet, prepare your pizza crust by sprinkling cheese and chicken and warm in a 350-degree oven for 5-10 minutes (or until cheese is melted).
- Top with romaine lettuce and drizzled caesar dressing.
I also love this recipe with the warm and crisp pizza crust and the chicken and the dressing and lettuce cold! So crispy and delicious!
