Ingredients: 16oz boneless, skinless chicken breast, 1 cup Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup grated parmesan, 1/2 cup tomato sauce, 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, 1 clove garlic, 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk, 6oz whole wheat pasta, 1 tbsp light butter, Garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to taste.
