170g unsweetened cashew milk

130g ice

50g frozen riced cauliflower

1 envelope Swiss Miss diet hot cocoa

1/2 sheet low fat graham cracker

2 smash mallow marshmallows
Directions:

Place first 5 ingredients, in order, in a high powered blender.

Blend on medium until ice is crushed and then blend on high for 20-30 seconds until smooth.

Pour in a large cup and top with crushed graham cracker and smash mallows.
