Back to school isn't just for kids. Satisfy a Pb&j craving with this delicious protein shake topped with chocolate rice cakes and low-fat peanut butter. In my opinion, it's all about eating the foods you love in moderation AND finding healthy hacks for things that don't make you feel great. For me, this recipe does all of that.

Ingredients:

8 oz cashew milk

1 cup frozen blueberries

3 tbsp @pbfit.official

1 chocolate rice cake with 1/2 tbsp peanut butter
Directions:

Blend all ingredients on high in a blender.
