With summer coming in just a few weeks, it has me thinking that I want to be able to stay on track as much as possible while being on the go or just wanting to lounge by the pool with my kiddos.
I still love to alternate high and low carb days so that I'm fueled for my training sessions and I've really come to love filling my carbs with a cool, filling smoothie in the summer. They help me feel lean, energized, and ready to go.

Ingredients:

Directions:
