Dessert for breakfast anyone? This blueberry smoothie bowl is such a fun treat to make on a summer weekend and bonus... kids LOVE them! Such an amazing way to sneak in micronutrients in a protein-packed, delicious treat. Who doesn't love a natural anti-inflammatory, antioxidant packed meal, especially in the summer?
Customize with your own toppings according to your macros or intuition. We love to use granola, shredded coconut, carob chips, sliced banana, chia seeds, peanut butter, and more.
