Chocolate Chunk Protein Bites

Give me a spoon and I'm golden.  But more often than not, traditional cookie doughs are going to run pretty high in fat, carbohydrates, and sugar - not to mention the risk of salmonella.  Because we love a good, protein-packed substitution, today we're sharing these chocolate chunk protein bites. So easy to meal prep at the beginning of the week and easily grab out of the refrigerator for on-the-go snacks or packed lunches.
