Chocolate Chunk Protein Bites

Chocolate Chunk Protein Bites

There's something about chocolate chip cookie dough. Give me a spoon and I'm golden.  But more often than not, traditional cookie doughs are going to run pretty high in fat, carbohydrates, and sugar - not to mention the risk of salmonella.  Because we love a good, protein-packed substitution, today we're sharing these chocolate chunk protein bites. So easy to meal prep at the beginning of the week and easily grab out of the refrigerator for on-the-go snacks or packed lunches.

Macros: 1 bite (6 P | 4 C | 5 F )

  • 2 scoops iHeart Protein Vanilla Cream

  • 2 tbsp chopped dark chocolate

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 dropper full of liquid stevia or sub 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 4 tbsp nut milk of choice
