There's something about chocolate chip cookie dough. Give me a spoon and I'm golden. But more often than not, traditional cookie doughs are going to run pretty high in fat, carbohydrates, and sugar - not to mention the risk of salmonella. Because we love a good, protein-packed substitution, today we're sharing these chocolate chunk protein bites. So easy to meal prep at the beginning of the week and easily grab out of the refrigerator for on-the-go snacks or packed lunches.
Macros: 1 bite (6 P | 4 C | 5 F )
Ingredients:

3/4 cup almond flour

4 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter

2 scoops iHeart Protein Vanilla Cream

2 tbsp chopped dark chocolate

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1 dropper full of liquid stevia or sub 2 tbsp maple syrup

4 tbsp nut milk of choice
Directions:

Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl.

Stir in wet ingredients and make sure everything is combined.

Using a cookie scoop, scoop into balls and freeze for 30 minutes before enjoying.
