Ingredients:

1 cup egg whites

1⁄2 scoop IHM vanilla protein powder

1 tbsp coconut flour

1⁄4 cup water

1/2 cup berries
Directions:

Mix all ingredients (except berries) in a blender for 30-45 seconds.

Let it sit for 2 min before pouring 1/4 of the mixture into a hot 9in nonstick skillet ton medium-high pan

Top with sugar free syrup and berries.
