Low Carb Crepes

Breakfast, anyone?  Whether you're hosting a breakfast gathering or just want a protein-packed breakfast for yourself and your family, these crepes are a perfect option.  Light and delicious, they won't make you feel weighed down but will still help satisfy a breakfast sweet tooth.

Makes 3-4 large crepes.

Macros: 3-4 large crepes ( 48 P | 19 C | 1 F ) 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup egg whites

  • 1⁄2 scoop IHM vanilla protein powder

  • 1 tbsp coconut flour

  • 1⁄4 cup water

  • 1/2 cup berries

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients (except berries) in a blender for 30-45 seconds.

  2. Let it sit for 2 min before pouring 1/4 of the mixture into a hot 9in nonstick skillet ton medium-high pan

  3. Top with sugar free syrup and berries.
