I don't know about you, but I LOVE Coconut. If you're a Built Bar person, you know anything Coconut is usually my favorite. But did you know that we have a Coconut Flavor Collagen? It's so underrated and so dang delicious, hot OR cold. We decided to try it in a smoothie for a little extra energy boost, hunger satiation, and focus and boy did it deliver.
This is going to be an absolute staple in my summer supplement routine. If you want to try Coconut, you can get it for BOGO this week so don't miss it!

1/2 cup unsweet. almond or coconut milk (almond was used here)
1/2 cup ice
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/4 frozen small banana (~25g)
3 tbsp (42g) greek yogurt (fage 0% was used here)
1/4 tsp xanthan gum (optional)
⁃ coconut reddiwip
⁃ coconut flakes
⁃ fresh strawberries
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend a few minutes until smooth and combined. PS - the xanthan gum will help give it a fluffy/creamier texture.
- Add desired toppings and enjoy!
