Steak Fajita Salad Bowl

These steak fajita salad bowls are PERFECT when you’re craving Tex-Mex Fajitas... so for me, always.  I love to have a well-rounded, high protein dinner and I love that these bowls allow for family members to customize as they see fit.  So to the mama with picky eaters, this meal feels simplified when you have each person in your family add toppings to their liking.

Makes: 1 salad bowl

  • 4 oz steak (any kind)

  • Fajita seasoning packet

  • Red, green, and/or yellow sliced peppers

  • Onion

  • Tomatoes

  • Shredded lettuce

  • 1/4 cup black beans

  • 3 Tbsp Salsa

  • 2 Tbs Cilantro Avocado Bolthouse Dressing


  1. Grill or pan sear the steak until cooked to preferred temperature.

  2. In a pan, saute together peppers and onions until soft.

  3. Add steak, peppers, onions, to a bed of shredded lettuce

  4. Top with tomatoes, beans, salsa, and dressing.
