Me being obsessed with these is an understatement! They are the perfect way to sneak in protein and are great for high-carb days. It's a recipe that the whole family will love and it just tastes like summer!
Macros: (Excluding mallows/chocolate): 36c 8f 47.5p
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup K cakes
- 1 scoop iheartmacros protein powder
- 1 large egg
- (70g) plain greek yogurt
- ~ 2 tbsp water (add 1/2 - 1 tbsp at a time and adjust for desired consistency)
- mini marshmallows
- chocolate chips
Directions:
- Add K cakes and protein powder to a bowl and stir to combine.
- Add remaining ingredients, except marshmallows and chocolate chips, and stir until smooth and combined (adjust water if needed).
- Fold in the desired amount of marshmallows and chocolate chips.
- Heat waffle iron and spray generously with nonstick cooking spray.
- Divide batter into 3-4 waffles and cook.
- Top with additional marshmallows, chocolate chips, graham cracker crumbs or syrup and enjoy!
