S'mores Protein Waffles

Me being obsessed with these is an understatement! They are the perfect way to sneak in protein and are great for high-carb days. It's a recipe that the whole family will love and it just tastes like summer!

Macros: (Excluding mallows/chocolate): 36c 8f 47.5p


  • 1/2 cup K cakes
  • 1 scoop iheartmacros protein powder
  • 1 large egg
  • (70g) plain greek yogurt
  • ~ 2 tbsp water (add 1/2 - 1 tbsp at a time and adjust for desired consistency)
  • mini marshmallows
  • chocolate chips 


  1. Add K cakes and protein powder to a bowl and stir to combine.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, except marshmallows and chocolate chips, and stir until smooth and combined (adjust water if needed).
  3. Fold in the desired amount of marshmallows and chocolate chips.
  4. Heat waffle iron and spray generously with nonstick cooking spray.
  5. Divide batter into 3-4 waffles and cook.
  6. Top with additional marshmallows, chocolate chips, graham cracker crumbs or syrup and enjoy!
