Quincey's Go-To Crunchwrap

The one, the only.  If you follow me on Instagram, you've heard/seen/been annoyed about me making and re-making my favorite crunch wrap at home.  I can't help it.  Everything about it has me drooling.  The 43 grams of protein.  The crunch cucumbers.  The perfectly filling feeling I get.  The CHEESE. I mean, come on. 

Well, here it is and don't knock it until you try it.  I can pretty much guarantee you're going to want this for lunch every day this year, I mean week.

Macros: 1 crunch wrap ( 43P / 20C / 10F )


  • 1 Lavash wrap

  • 4 slices of Costco sliced turkey deli meat

  • 1 Laughing Cow cheese wedge

  • 1 slice pepper jack cheese

  • Sliced tomatoes

  • Sliced cucumbers

  • Handful of cabbage



  1. Lay Lavash wrap flat and spread laughing cow cheese in the middle.

  2. Then layer your meat, veggies and cheese. Then fold each side towards the middle until all sides are folded inward and is covering your meat, veggies and cheese.

  3. Spray folded side with cooking spray and lay face down on a skillet. Medium heat for 5min.

  4. Flip when golden brown and cook the other side.
