Double Chocolate Fruit Dip

Double Chocolate Fruit Dip

Feel like you're always on the go? Here’s a great take with you snack. It’s double chocolate fruit dip! You guys have been loving my cheesecake parfaits recipe and this is a similar concept, but for those chocolate cravings. It’s a mixture of yogurt, protein powder, pudding mix, and a couple other ingredients. Easy to throw in the cooler for a road trip or serve grazing board style at your next BBQ! Enjoy with berries, bananas, melon, rice crisps, graham crackers, or vanilla wafers.

Makes 2 servings

MACROS: 153 cal, 2g F, 11g C, 24g P

INGREDIENTS

  • 10oz Greek yogurt (we used two containers of Two Good Vanilla)

  • 1 scoop IHM Chocolate Milkshake protein powder

  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 tbsp chocolate instant pudding mix

  • 8 to 10 drops liquid stevia*

  • Optional: 1/4 tsp espresso powder (more rich, less sweet)

  • Pair with berries, melon, banana, rice cakes, vanilla wafers, or graham crackers

DIRECTIONS

Use a whisk or hand mixer to combine ingredients until very smooth. Serve immediately or store in the fridge up to 5 days. Dip will thicken if refrigerated; stir in a splash of milk if you prefer a smoother consistency.

*SweetLeaf liquid stevia was used in this recipe, but honey, monkfruit, or another liquid sweetener would also be delicious—adjust macros as needed. Granulated sweetener was not tested, but if you try it, let me know how it goes!
