Sweet & Savory Watermelon Salsa

Chips and salsa are one of the foods that I will plan for in my macros for a few reasons. One is that I love them! Talk about a perfect summertime snack.  And the second reason is, that it is pretty easy to go way overboard when they're just sitting in front of you. 

This recipe is the perfect combination of savory and sweet and I love to make it for days by the pool.  So refreshing!

Servings: about 6 (1/2 cup per serving)

  • 3 cups diced seedless watermelon

  • 2 jalapeño (diced & seeded)

  • 1/2 bunch chopped cilantro

  • 1/4 cup lime juice

  • 1/4 cup red onion

  • 1/4 tsp salt to taste


  1. Chop all ingredients and mix together. 

  2. Refrigerate and enjoy!
