Drooling as I write this. Now I know that there are those of you out there that don't like pumpkin pie... that's okay. But I absolutely love it and this Pumpkin Pie Protein Shake is absolute perfection. Cinnamon spice-y and sweet and great for your gut... you have to try it!

Ingredients:

122g pumpkin purée

6 oz cashew milk

1 packet cinnamon roll @betteroats

1/2-1 cup ice
Directions:

Add ice, IHM vanilla protein, pumpkin and milk together in a blender.

Blend until smooth.

Then add in dry oatmeal and stir. Enjoy!
