This is an IHM fave. It's on repeat around here and it so simple to make. I love how yummy it is and it truly holds me over in a cut. You can use a variation of different yogurts and toppings but this is a win for me.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup FF cottage cheese 
  • 1 @twogoodyogurt coconut yogurt 
  • 1/2 cup berries 
  • 1tbsp Adams peanut butter

Directions:

Super sweet and simple: layer ingredients one of top of the other
