This is an IHM fave. It's on repeat around here and it so simple to make. I love how yummy it is and it truly holds me over in a cut. You can use a variation of different yogurts and toppings but this is a win for me.

- 1/2 cup FF cottage cheese
- 1 @twogoodyogurt coconut yogurt
- 1/2 cup berries
- 1tbsp Adams peanut butter
