If you struggle to know what to eat post-workout, I highly recommend compiling and preparing your favorite veggies and proteins and making your own protein bowl. You'll want to make sure that you're having a well balanced meal (close or equal in protein and carbohydrates) after a heavy workout to ensure proper muscle regeneration. This bowl is my go-to in the fall and is so flavorful, you'll hardly be able to believe it has almost 50 grams of protein!

Handful of shredded lettuce
