10 MIN AS Many Rounds as you Can  

20 Reps - Jumping Jacks 

10 Reps Ea - DB Clean and Press 

(Set time for 10 min and do each movement back to back no rest) 


4 Rounds 

40-30-20-10 Reps - Side Lateral Raise

(REst 15 sec between each round) 


3 Rounds 

15 Reps - Machine Rear Delt 

10 Reps EL - Reverse Lunge w/ DB Side Lateral

10 Reps - Pushups



3 Rounds 

15 Reps - SEATED DB Shoulder Press

15 Reps - Bench Dips 

15 Reps - Reverse Crunch


3 Rounds 

15 Reps - DB Thruster

15 Reps - Prone Floor Shoulder PRess

15 Reps - Burpee


1 Rounds 

100 Reps - Machine Shoulder Press 

(Every 25 reps Perform 10 Pushups)
