MONDAY Whip HIIT
We will be starting off the week with a calorie burner. We will be doing a lot of treadmill work with the goal of keeping the heart rate up and the fat screaming.

Treadmill HIIT
2 Min - Treadmill Run 5% Incline
10 Reps - DB Front Squat to Weighted Jack
10 Reps EL - Single Arm Overhead Reverse Lunge
(take dumbbell to treadmill and do your work by treadmill to relieve the back and forth)
