First of all, welcome! I'm so glad you're here. My name is Quincey Whimpey (or @iheartmacros on Instagram) and I created IHM after a life-changing experience with flexible dieting. Here's a little background...
I had tried every diet under the sun - low carb, high fat, Atkins, Paleo, Keto - you name it, I've tried it. But all those diets left me feeling... deprived.
Feeling deprived led me to binge eat, and I couldn't get out of that cycle. I would eat clean during the week, but on weekends, I would binge eat.
For 10+ years I followed this pattern, until one day I researched macro counting and decided to try it.
I fell in love instantly. Macro counting took away the feeling of being deprived. It took away anxiety and guilt around eating the "wrong" food. It has helped me progress mentally and physically more than anything else.
Almost ten years later, I've helped coach thousands of men and women through their own macro journeys. That passion has grown into our 30 Day Love Your Body Challenge, a supplement line, as well as an activewear brand.
