    When this “six week to summer” challenge came up I felt like this might be just what I was looking for to get me jump started back into my fitness journey… it turns out, it did so much more than that.     I signed up for the 6 weeks to summer challenge because I wanted to improve my nutrition. I wanted something that was sustainable and not so restrictive which is what Macro counting is all about! Did I hit my macros perfect every day? No. Did I miss some workouts due to working night shifts, sickness, and vacations? Yes. But that is my reality and life is busy. Consistency is key to success and I’m proud of the healthy habits I have established and I’m excited to keep going to achieve more of my fitness goals. This challenge was the jump start I needed to want more. And remember there is no finish line to this fitness race, it’s a lifestyle!

    If you do the work it will pay off...

    This is the second challenge I have done. The first one I never got my eating in check. This one I decided I was giving it all I had. I wasn’t perfect but never gave up. There was a lot of birthdays and holidays that I didn’t hit my macros but woke up the next day and got right back on my numbers. It’s not easy but so worth it. I had to really trust this process because my weight didn’t just fall off but if you really listen to what they say and give it time it works. We live in a world that we want everything now and no effort for what you do. I fall into the game of quick fixes and bad diets   but if you do the work, it will pay off and it’s much more rewarding because you worked your ass off for it!! I still have work to do and can’t wait to see how this goes. I can’t wait to keep finding me again. I have been lost at being a mom and excited to put some of my needs first again. Thank you for the amazing challenge!!

    If I buy now do I wait to get by program till the Challenge Starts?

    No, We turn your personalized program around in 72 hours or less. But to enter the Challenge we have a system that we all start on the same day (Starting Photos)

    If I am new to macro counting can I still be successful at this?

    Many have joined the IHM Challenges as new macro counters and many have found not just success for the term of the Challenge but an education of Calories, macros and and understanding of their food intake. 

    If I don't go to the gym can I still do the workouts?

    Yes, there will be a Home and Gym option available. Some basic equipment will be needed Light Dumbbells and some bands. 

    How long will it take to see results?

    There will be many variables to this, Now this program is designed for rapid progress while keeping calories as high as possible and not over doing it on cardio machines. So if followed the program will yield results as quick as any out there. 

    How is the winner chosen for the Grand Prize?

    It will be required to be entered into the Challenge before photos holding a sign with a given message we release to everyone at the same time. Then after the Challenge ends we will as for After photos. This process will be an overall transformation Challenge and not a weight loss. So our panel of judges will choose the finalists and a winner chosen.
